Job Description
About the internship:
We are a consumer startup building joyful experiences across celebrations, community events, and digital storytelling. Our platform enables users to discover, plan, and book curated birthday parties, immersive storytelling sessions, and corporate experiences all from a single destination. We believe planning an event should be as fun as the event itself. As our brand, growth & design intern, you'll wear multiple hats and play a key role in shaping the company's public presence across digital platforms.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content & Design
Design social media posts, reels thumbnails, stories, and web/app visuals using Canva or Figma
Create pitch decks, event flyers, and vendor onboarding kits
Develop branding assets for the website, mobile app, and app stores
Assist with basic motion design for reels and animations using CapCut or Canva Pro
2. Social Media & Growth
Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook content calendar
Draft captions, write engaging posts, and schedule content
Launch micro-campaigns (e.g., giveaways, storytelling invites, vendor spotlights)
Assist in planning, scripting, and editing short-form video content (reels, shorts)
Track content performance and suggest creative improvements
3. Brand Building
Support in shaping the brand tone of voice, taglines, and copy style
Contribute to in-app microcopy (onboarding flows, pop-ups, banners)
Maintain brand guide (fonts, colors, tone, templates)
You're a Great Fit If You:
1. Have a flair for design and visual storytelling (Canva/Figma experience preferred)
2. Understand Instagram-first content culture and reels trends
3. Can shoot, edit, or storyboard simple video content
4. Can write fun, playful, and clear copy
5. Are excited by early-stage startups and want to build a brand from scratch
6. Bonus: Have worked on social or brand strategy projects before
Tools You'll Use:

3. Metricool/Buffer/Later (for content scheduling)
4. Google Docs/Slides
5. Instagram/LinkedIn/YouTube Shorts
6. CapCut/Canva (for basic video editing)

Stipend:
INR ₹ 15,000 - 20,000 /month
