Job Description
Brand & Content Associate — Irram
Delhi-NCR | Hybrid | Full-time
Irram is a design-led lab-grown diamond jewellery atelier, currently in its pre-launch phase. We are a small, intentional team building something from the ground up — and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of that from the beginning.
This is a multi-faceted role for someone with a sharp aesthetic sensibility, a working understanding of the fashion and jewellery world, and the organisational grounding to hold the operational threads together alongside the creative ones.
What you will do
You will support the brand across content creation, coordination, and day-to-day operations. On the content side, this means shooting everyday material for stories and reels — candid, atmospheric, true to the brand — and building moodboards that anchor our content pillars visually. You will also assemble finished content pieces using Canva or equivalent tools: graphics, story frames, post layouts that feel considered rather than templated.
On the coordination side, you will be the connective tissue between our designer and our karigar team — following up on timelines, flagging bottlenecks, and keeping things moving without being asked twice. You will also maintain and update our inventory records on Google Sheets on an ongoing basis.
This role is hybrid: most work can be done remotely, but you will need to be in our Gurgaon studio a few days a week for shoots, designer check-ins, and karigar coordination that works better in person.
What we are looking for
A graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or a comparable design or fashion program. You do not need to be a trained jewellery designer — but you need to genuinely understand fashion, craft, and what luxury restraint looks and feels like.
Beyond the degree, what matters most is eye. You should be someone who notices when something is off-frame, when a font choice undermines a mood, when a moodboard is pulling in two directions. You should be comfortable behind a phone camera and know how to find the right light without being told.
You are organized enough to track a spreadsheet and follow up on a vendor without it feeling like a chore. You communicate clearly and don't need hand-holding on execution once a brief is set.
What this is not
This is not a social media management role. We are not looking for someone to schedule posts or run paid campaigns. This is a craft-and-coordination role for someone who wants to work closely with a founding team on building a brand that is meant to last.
