Branch Sales Manager - Used Car Manage the Branch in terms of Sales Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity Responsible for achieving the Fee Income Target, WIRR and Cross Sell targets. Ensure the PDDs are well within the limits of the branch and closely track with Sales Officers. Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Manage and lead Sales Officers at the branch in achieving targets and generating leads and achieve volumes and targeted market share in respective Used car dealership / DSAs. Develop and manage customers and DSA/ Dealer relationships through face to face interactions Responsible for staffing optimal utilization of resources in the branch sales team Initiate marketing program/BRL activities from time to time in the assigned branch location Ensure that all documentation and information related to loan proposals are obtained in timely manner to practice ‘First Time Right’ principle. Ensure 100% compliance to policies & processes and all regulatory matters of RBI and other statutory bodies. Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments
