Qualifications Competencies
• Proven success in Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Ability to analyze market trends and craft effective sales strategies.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA.
• Strong skills in sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent interpersonal, commercial, and communication skills for managing profitable relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
• Proficient in writing, presenting, relationship-building, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and the respective regional language, both spoken and written.
• Regular travel within the assigned region is required.
