Job Title: Branch Relationship Officer (BRO)
Location:
Department: Relationship Management
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
Employment Type: Full-time (On-role/Off-role – depends on project)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Branch Relationship Officer (BRO) to join the SBI team. The BRO will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new customers through field visits and referrals
• Promote and sell banking products like savings accounts, insurance, loans, credit cards, etc.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business
• Ensure excellent customer service at the branch
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Handle documentation and verification process as per bank guidelines
Eligibility Criteria:
• Graduation (any stream)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of financial products
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
• Age: Usually between 21–30 years (as per bank norms)
Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (Based on experience & role)
