Managing the Banca sales through assigned Bank Branch
The candidate has to handle tie-up banks
To Close The leads Provided By the Company
Handle the walk-in customer
Do Cross Selling Products
Responsible to handle all customers who walk in branch for service requests/query
Generating the Leads and close the lead for New Business
Persistency(revivals) with daily follow ups callings on daily basis
Handling Video Calling service for NRI services
Handled Branch Audits and Admin related issues
Chat Process for Non Walk-in customer Service
Maintain all policy payments data (MIS)

Responsible for achieving Insurance premium targets through the sales distribution channels delivery on retention targets
To maximize customer contact and coverage by analysing and assigning opportunities
Work on assigned leads by the Bank and generate referral from every customer that visits the branch
To classify customer base on the basis of their product usage pattern, income, and other socio economic and cultural factors
To ensure understanding of internal processes and timely updating of system records and proper documentation checks
