Job Title: Branch Manager – Mortgage & Finance
Location: Brisbane-Australia
Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Base $100,000 – $120,000 + Performance Bonuses
Total Package (OTE): $250,000 – $400,000 (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Branch Manager in Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in mortgage broking or banking, who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
We are seeking professional with:
5+ years of experience in mortgage broking or banking (e.g., Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Lending Manager).
Strong understanding of broker-client-bank dynamics.
A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commit full-time and be physically present at the branch daily.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and train a team of mortgage brokers.
2. Develop tailored training and development plans for each broker.
3. Monitor broker performance and provide ongoing coaching.
4. Support brokers in managing relationships with banks and lenders.
5. Liaise with the back-office credit and processing teams.
6. Oversee daily branch operations, including administration, expenses, and profitability.
7. Contribute to marketing strategy and execute local campaigns to drive business growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $120,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
