With nearly 5 decades in the outdoor business, Ajanta Advertisers has an extensive network of hoardings, billboards, digital screens and other OOH advertising spaces across Odisha & Raipur. The company has continuously evolved with the changing dynamics of the advertising industry and has a strong reputation in the Outdoor industry. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Branch Head to lead our team and drive business growth in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Head to lead our Raipur branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the branch team, driving branch growth creating new media strategies, developing new media inventories, acting as a key liaison between various departments, and managing sales operations. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure the branch's success. The candidate having substantial prior experience in a Branch Head role within the advertising industry or similar industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
Branch Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch team to achieve their performance goals.
o Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide ongoing training and development.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Branch Growth:
o Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the branch.
o Identify new business opportunities and expand the branch's market presence.
o Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Creating New Media:
o Develop and install outdoor media and implement innovative media strategies to promote the branch and its services. To increase the volume and reach of the company in out of home advertising field.
o Monitor media trends and adjust strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
Liaison Responsibilities:
o Serve as the main point of contact between the branch and the company's headquarters.
o Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations.
Sales Operations:
o Oversee the sales operations of the branch, setting sales targets and developing sales plans.
o Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve sales objectives.
o Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and resolution of issues.
o Implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
o Gather customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements.
Operational Work Management:
o Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
o Coordinate and oversee the installation of hoarding/digital etc structures for various projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project timelines.
o Manage the planning, installation, and maintenance of digital boards or any other outdoor media across designated locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Proficient in both verbal and written Hindi and English Language.
Strong understanding of branch operations, sales, and business development.
Experience in media creation, outdoor advertising and digital marketing, etc.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive results.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and media creation tools.
