Job Description
Role - Branch Accountant
Location - Chennai
Entity - Food Services
Budget - 8-10 LPA
The successful applicant -
➢ 4-5 years of experience in Finance
➢ Month end closing MIS - SAP
➢ Experience in FM industry
➢ SAP knowledge - transaction petty cash
➢ Basic Accounting Knowledge
➢ Handled Business Volume high
Role Duties -
• Ensure MIS/WCR input submission on timely manner
• Ensure compliance of AR SOP
• Timely escalation to operation all collection and other AR related issue and get it resolved
• Accounting for the petty cash for units in the region
• Commercial interaction with Clients
• Ensure timely support to operation team
• Keep track of all day-to-day issues
• Ensure timely updating and submission of Invoice tracker
• Ensure periodic Site Visits to monitor physical stock, impress, cash support at regular interval and maintain proper records as per guideline
• Coordinate with Shared services team on vendor payment
