We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our Collections Department. The role involves contacting customers to remind them of pending payments, explaining outstanding balances, and ensuring timely recovery in a professional and courteous manner. The Telecaller will be responsible for making regular follow-up calls, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving monthly collection targets. Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, the ability to work under pressure, and basic computer knowledge. Prior experience in telecalling or collections will be an added advantage.
