Required Skills Qualifications:
• Proficient in English and Marathi (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 1–3 years of experience as a QA in a BPO environment (preferred)
• Excellent analytical, observation, and communication skills
• Familiarity with quality tools and metrics (QA scorecards, RCA, etc.)
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Certification in Six Sigma / Lean (optional but an advantage)
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor voice/email/chat interactions in English and Marathi to assess agent performance.
• Evaluate communication quality, adherence to process, customer handling, and compliance.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and reports to enhance agent and process performance.
• Conduct regular audits and quality calibration sessions with internal stakeholders.
• Identify training needs and contribute to performance improvement plans.
• Maintain detailed records of quality scores and audit results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help standardize best practices.
