Academian is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in order processing, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and efficient workflow management. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining order records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update order records in the system.
• Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure proper order execution.
• Resolve order discrepancies and customer issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the order process.
• Prepare and manage reports related to order processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with order management systems is a plus.
