Navigate web sites and use different tools .

Respond to customer inquiries through email and call
Identify site issues and communicate properly to all teams.
Maintain a high satisfaction rating while attaining daily targets of customer responses
Think creatively about how to optimize each experience
Making outbound calls to generate leads for our sales team.
Multi - tasking abilities a must.
