Job Title : BPO / ITES Recruiter

Sal : 16k-20k per month

Exp : 6 months 1year ( in Non-IT or Semi -IT recruitment experience)

This is a Work from Home Job

Responsibilities :

Doing hardcore sourcing and recruitment mainly for ITES / BPO Clients.

Hiring for all Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions.

Doing interview lineups and proper follow-ups with the candidates.

Sourcing candidates as per JD's provided by the clients.

Is well seasoned with bulk-hiring

Requirements :

Desired Candidate Profile :

Excellent in English Communication both verbal and written

Is comfortable with High target chasing on a monthly basis.

Has done recruitment for BPO / ITES companies

Is experienced with lot of outbound / cold calling on a daily basis
