Job Details:
???? Work Location: Onsite – Baner, Pune, India (5 days a week)
???? Shift: Night shifts
???? Salary: ₹3 – ₹3.5 LPA

What is expected of you?
As part of the job, you will be required to work on:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer issue resolution.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Good typing speed and computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
• Customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing top-notch service.
