Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BPO Calling Manager at Euler Motors in New Delhi. The BPO Calling Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the calling operations, ensuring effective communication with customers, and maintaining high service levels. They will also lead a team of call center agents, monitor performance, and optimize processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
• BPO Operations Management, Call Center Management, and Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in managing calling operations and leading teams
• Data analysis and reporting abilities
• Knowledge of EV industry trends and technologies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
