Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in Hindi and English
• Resolve queries related to products, services, billing, or complaints
• Ensure accurate documentation of each interaction
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
• Follow company call handling procedures and compliance policies
• Meet daily and monthly performance metrics
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Hindi and English communication (verbal)
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, call handling systems)
• Ability to work in rotational shifts
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (HSC)
• Age: 18 years and above
