10th/12th/graduates

1-year International BPO experience mandatory (collections experience preferred)

Work From Home Pan India

Age upto 36 can apply

24/7 Shifts 5 Days working 2-week offs (rotational shifts and offs)

Salary for 1st party ranges from 21k in hand plus 1k internet reimbursement to 36k in hand plus 1k internet reimbursement CTC of 40k

Salary for 3rd party ranges from 21k in hand plus 1k internet reimbursement to 36k in hand plus 1k internet reimbursement CTC of 40k can be negotiated for an hike above 40k

1st party interview is HR and OPS

3rd party interview is HR, VNA and OPS

1st party processes are inbound customer service

2nd party processes are outbound collection process

Scheduling of Interviews require resume and last three-month salary slips from previous organization with experience letter.
