Catalyst Solutions PTE LTD is a Singapore-based technology consulting company in the area of regulatory technology consulting and AI enablement for enterprise transformation.
Locations: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkatta and Hyderabad
The Opportunity
This is a remote role for a BPO and KPO independent Business Development Partner. Partner would have the opportunity to evangelize and transform the Indian ITES landscape with the next-generation conversational AI technology.
Qualifications and Key Competencies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Knowledge of BPO, KPO, and outsourcing industry trends and technology
• Experience in developing business strategies and proposals
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Deep and proven relationships with C-level executives in BPO and KPO and IT Helpdesk outsourcing companies in these locations, with at least 12-15 years of experience in the domain.
