Job Description
She/he is to achieve defined sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing high standard of service to our clients, with a focus on Skincare expertise and application.
SELLING DIOR
Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:
Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
Identify and understand customers’ needs
Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global beauty approach.
Communicate passionately and educate clients on the brand and products
Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to counter KPIs on a monthly basis
Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge
CLIENT EXPERIENCE AND MANAGEMENT
Develop durable relationships with existing clients in store and remotely
Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine human interaction
Register clients’ data in the dedicated system and ensure reachability. Perform all CRM and clienteling activities
Leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & Ipos) to drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions
COUNTER OPERATIONS
Know and apply merchandising guidelines
Regularly monitor stock levels to ensure appropriate levels. Reports insufficient stock.
Monitor shelves inventory and display new products when needed (only if applicable)
Operate cash registers and close daily revenues (only if applicable)
Carrie out all assigned operational and administrative tasks
Maintain good relationships with retailers
Respect corporate & counter rules (attendance, punctuality…) and Dior grooming guidelines
SKINCARE SPECIALIST SPECIFIC CONTRIBUTIONS
Deliver personalized and expert skincare consultations using our skin diagnosis tool, the Skin Analyzer and the Dior Skin Scanner, providing professional tips and tricks
Deliver 20 minutes coaching services
Contribute to animate skincare event with the skincare trainer and/or the skincare experts (Beauty Classes, HPP…)
Be fully trained on the complete Dior skincare services menu, following the international training curriculum
Mentor and/or coach 3 axis BCs on skincare selling skills (D.I.O.R., product knowledge, demonstration, gesture, Skin Analyzer…)
Qualifications
1 year of skincare selling experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment
1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment
Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability)
Experience in selling makeup, fragrance and skincare. Preferably in a luxury environment
Digital savvy; experience/comfortable with operational POS systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Outlook, HRIS systems, Power Point, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS)
Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
