Job Description
The ideal candidate does not just rely on physical presence, but possesses excellent conflict resolution skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to de-escalate situations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Access Control: Manage entry and exit points, verify identification, enforce dress codes, and ensure that only authorized individuals gain access to the venue or VIP areas.
Crowd Management: Monitor crowd behavior, enforce venue capacity limits, and maintain a safe, orderly environment for all patrons and staff.
VIP Protection: Provide discreet, professional protection and ****** services for high-profile individuals, celebrities, and corporate executives.
Conflict Resolution: Proactively identify potential disturbances and swiftly de-escalate aggressive behavior or conflicts using verbal communication and minimal necessary force.
Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security breaches, guiding guests to safety and coordinating with local law enforcement if necessary.
Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, remaining vigilant to spot safety hazards or suspicious activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience working as a bouncer, close protection officer, or in a similar security capacity
Physical Fitness: Excellent physical condition, strength, and stamina required to handle demanding and high-energy environments.
Skills: Exceptional situational awareness, quick decision-making, and strong verbal communication skills. You must be polite but firm.
Temperament: Ability to remain highly composed and professional in stressful, loud, or chaotic situations.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
