Job Description

This is a full-time position where you will work closely with the firm’s two approachable and experienced partners, who bring over 35 years of combined expertise. Your role will involve assisting the partners with various tasks, including initial bookkeeping, write-up work, and data entry for personal tax returns. Additionally, you will manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities for the firm.


We are committed to supporting a healthy work-life balance. Unlike many firms, we do not require overtime during tax season or at any other time of the year. Furthermore, we offer flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.


REQUIREMENTS

3 years bookkeeping experience producing financial information to trial balance for presentation to accountants and entering adjusting journal entries
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, Sage and Quickbooks
