Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes, including reviewing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and issuing payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the accounting system
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Note: Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support the finance team.

Pay: From £20.00 per hour
