The Outdoor Link is an innovative outdoor advertising company that was established in 2006. We offer both traditional and non-traditional Out-Of-Home inventory (Billboards, Wallscapes, Storefronts) in the top media markets across the country.
Role Description
Part time in office contract work. The assistant will be responsible for helping maintain financial records, managing accounting software, and handling bookkeeping tasks. Duties include, but are not limited to: cleaning up Quickbooks, make journal entries, managing AR/AP invoices, month end reconciliation and general Quickbooks data entry, including posted debits and credits to proper accounts, balance entries and made the necessary corrections.
Qualifications
• Experience with financial statements, accounting software, and bookkeeping
• Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is a plus
