Are you a people-person with a passion for helping others and love the idea of working in a fast-paced healthcare environment? This is your opportunity to be the warm, welcoming voice patients hear first and make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities
We’re looking for enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to join our vibrant administration team, coordinating patient appointments and creating a seamless experience from the very first call. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role—no weekends, no night shifts!

What You’ll Do Answer calls and assist patients and referrers with a warm, professional approach Schedule appointments using our industry-leading RIS system (Karisma)
✅ Keep schedules running smoothly and efficiently Inform patients of fees and Medicare rebates Ensure patients are prepared and informed ahead of their appointments
What You’ll Bring Medical reception or radiology experience beneficial
4 week induction & training program Excellent communication and people skills ️ Strong computer and typing proficiency A positive, team-focused attitude Great time management and problem-solving ability Customer service experience is a bonus!
