Job Description
Minimum 1 to 2 year experience in Travel Industry in any domain
· Knowledge of domestic/ international destinations
· Knowledge of ticketing is an added advantage
· To process the client queries from start to finish
· Follow up with suppliers/ vendors for quotes, confirmations, vouchers
· Follow up with clients for their feedback, confirmations, payments
· Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and Adobe
Well verged with hotel booking knowledge, holidays packages, group holiday,car transfer etc.
