Job Overview
We are a growing plumbing and heating company seeking an experienced, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of boilers plumbing and heating HVAC systems, be comfortable speaking with customers, preparing quotes, sourcing parts, and coordinating service calls.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• Schedule service calls and coordinate technician dispatching
• Prepare customer quotes and estimates for repairs and installations
• Identify, source, and order plumbing and heating parts from suppliers
• Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate job records and pricing information
• Communicate with technicians regarding materials and job requirements
• Assist with general office administrationQualifications
• Experience in plumbing, heating, HVAC, or a related trade preferred
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating materials, fixtures, equipment, and parts
• Ability to read work orders and prepare accurate quotations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, email, and office software
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience dealing with suppliers and sourcing materials is an asset
• Phone tech support with boilers plumbing and heating HVAC systems
• Some weekend work
