We are looking for friendly and energetic Boba Tea Barista Store Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, crafting delicious non-alcoholic beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring our store runs smoothly. Duties
Prepare a variety of bubble tea drinks and other non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Greet customers with enthusiasm, take their orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
Maintain cleanliness of the store, including food handling areas, beverage stations, and customer seating areas.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures.
Follow food safety guidelines during beverage preparation and ensure proper food handling practices are maintained.
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of shortages or issues.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred but not required; barista experience is a plus.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper beverage preparation techniques.
