Job Description
Position: BMS Operator
Location: Thane
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Working Days: 6 Days – 1 week off + (2nd Saturday off)
Shifts: Rotational shift

Job Description:
The BMS Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting the Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC systems. The role ensures efficient building operations, safety compliance, and optimal performance of all MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor, operate, and maintain BMS for HVAC, lighting, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, PA systems, and other integrated systems. Respond to alarms, troubleshoot faults, and resolve issues using diagnostic tools. Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on MEP systems, including sensor testing, calibrations, software updates, electrical wiring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Install, test, and commission electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations. Generate performance, energy consumption, and operational reports, recommending efficiency improvements. Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for accurate system installations and integrations. Coordinate with facility teams, vendors, and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and preventive works. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and operational records. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and statutory regulations. Respond promptly to emergency service requests and breakdowns.
Requirements: Qualification: ITI, Diploma/Graduate (Electrical/Mechanical) with valid electrician license from local municipal/government authority. Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role. Strong technical knowledge of BMS and MEP systems. Ability to work in rotational shifts and attend emergency call-outs. Good communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
