BMS Design Engineer

We are looking for BMS Engineer for Design/Site role for projects in the Lab, R&D and pharma infrastructure primarily in India and SAARC countries. Organize, assign, and delegate necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of execution team in coordination with design team and contractors.

Job Content:

To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
• Understanding the User requirement and creating a user requirement sheet.
• Designs and configures technical building control systems to match the user requirements sheet. Creates Control flow diagrams, sequence of operations, Control logic philosophy, Control wiring diagram and Bill of Quantities.
• Validate the technical data sheets and Drawing submissions by integrator or the BMS vendor.
• Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
• Site visits to check the work progress and solve site related issues.
• Accompany the vendor team to check the control wiring and field device installations.
• Be at the site to expedite the installation and to push the team for validation and commissioning.
• The preparation of validation and commissioning documents and validating the validation documents also to be done.
• To be at site and make sure the validation is done as per the process and
• Assists in validation of complete system functionality and troubleshoots problems with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
