Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Lab Technician to join our laboratory team. The Lab Technician will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses to support the research and development initiatives within our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

#Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Laboratory Tests and Experiments:

- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory techniques and equipment.

- Record and interpret test results accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain Laboratory Equipment:

- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.

- Data Management:

- Document all experimental data and procedures meticulously.

- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records and logs.

- Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all laboratory safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Dispose of hazardous waste according to regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Quality Control:

- Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes.

- Ensure that all laboratory activities adhere to the highest standards of accuracy and precision.

- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with other laboratory staff and researchers to support ongoing projects.

- Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or discrepancies.

#Qualifications:

- Education:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology).

- Experience:

- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred.

- Experience with specific laboratory techniques and instruments relevant to the role.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and the use of laboratory equipment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.

Salary: ₹As per market standards

Phlebotomist: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
