About the Role
Blinkit delivers groceries and daily essentials to millions of customers across India in under 10 minutes. Behind that speed is a strong support team that keeps customers and delivery partners connected. As a Telecaller, you will be part of that team — handling calls, solving problems, and making sure every customer interaction ends on a positive note.
This is a fully remote role. You work from home, manage your calls through your system, and report to your team lead online. No commute, no office visits.
Job Responsibility:
• Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback, confirm orders or give updates
• Answer incoming customer calls with questions or complaints.
• Order issues, refund queries and resolve delivery issues on call
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times on each call
• Update call logs and customer information accurately after every interaction
• Follow up with customers who had problems that were not resolved on the first call
• Achieve daily and weekly call goals for team
• Coordinate with the operations team when an issue needs to be escalated
