In this recruitment drive, Blinkit has announced it will fill multiple vacancies for the positions of Customer Support / Telecaller. Those candidates who have completed their 12th class, bachelor's degree, or master's degree are eligible to apply for these posts. Candidates can submit their application form before the last date.

About the Role
Blinkit delivers groceries and daily essentials to millions of customers across India in under 10 minutes. Behind that speed is a strong support team that keeps customers and delivery partners connected. As a Telecaller, you will be part of that team — handling calls, solving problems, and making sure every customer interaction ends on a positive note.
This is a fully remote role. You work from home, manage your calls through your system, and report to your team lead online. No commute, no office visits.
Job Responsibility:
• Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback, confirm orders or give updates
• Answer incoming customer calls with questions or complaints.
• Order issues, refund queries and resolve delivery issues on call
• Maintain a courteous and professional tone at all times on each call
• Update call logs and customer information accurately after every interaction
• Follow up with customers who had problems that were not resolved on the first call
• Achieve daily and weekly call goals for team
• Coordinate with the operations team when an issue needs to be escalated
