Job Description
Job Title: Blaster/ Paint Line Operator
This Role is for a 3 Month Contract
Job Summary
The Blaster/ Paint Line Operator role is responsible for blasting parts for the painting of various parts for agricultural machinery.
Responsibility
Perform blasting and of parts according to Salford’s quality and production standards.
Load and setup the paint line and other related equipment.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of environmental conditions.
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Clean and maintain painting, ventilation, and blasting equipment, as well as personal protective gear.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and housekeeping standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Academic/Educational Requirements
Some Highschool
Required Skills/Experience
Previous blasting experience is an asset.
Proficient in using hand and power tools; able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance or lifting devices.
Organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with strong time management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and a positive attitude.
Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace.
