Job Description
At Wilson Composites India LLP, we are manufacturers of custom architectural fiberglass (FRP) and GFRC products for the commercial construction industry. We specialize in design, engineering, and fabrication.
Job Summary
We are looking for a BIM Engineer, with experience creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software, and for 3D modelling experience using Revit Software.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, with a minimum expectation of 45 hours per week. Late evening hours are required occasionally to have an overlap with the U.S.-based team.

Responsibilities and Duties
• Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials and manage the Revit server from the production perspective.
• Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
• Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
• Building FRP, GFRC products like Columns, Cupolas, Cornices, Domes, Balustrades, Entryways, and different types of cladding systems
• BIM Modelling:
• Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
• Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.
• Collaborate with project team members to ensure seamless integration of all building systems.
• Documentation:
• Generate accurate construction documents and drawings from BIM models.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date BIM documentation system.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure BIM models meet industry standards and client requirements.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Minimum:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modelling and coordination.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Well verse with American codes & standards.
Preferred (all the above, and):
• Bluebeam review of drawings
Minimum Education:
Relevant degree in Architecture field.
Work Experience: 3 - 5 years
