Job Title: Billing Officer (Grade 1) - Finance

Parkville, Melbourne Location
Excellent employee benefits including salary packaging
Full Time 80 hours per fortnight

About the Role

This is a permanent position at 80 per fortnight within the Finance Department.

You will work in a small team dedicated to excellence, ensuring billing is completed correctly the first time, in an efficient manner.

Classification for this position will range from AO11 to AO15 (base salary $58,3+6 to $64,584 per annum, plus superannuation)

What you’ll achieve:

Completion of daily billing tasks, achieving set key performance indicators
Excellence in customer service

Your skills and experience

Demonstrated experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office products, Electronic Medical Records and Billing Systems
Proven customer service focus
Ideally, you will have an understanding of Medicare billing guidelines and requirements, private patient billing and private health funds
