1. MaintainaccountsinTallyaccountingsoftware.
2. Ensureaccountingtransactionswithsupportingdocumentsandidentifyingthecorrectaccounts heads, Revenuev/sCapex,treatmentofprepaid&outstandingliabilitiesetc.
3. BankReconciliationimmediatelyafterthemonthend.
4. Makingpaymentvouchers,Cheques,Invoices,Receiptsetc.
5. Allocationofpettycashexpensesafterreimbursements.
6. Handlingpettycash.
7. Debtorsfollowupasandwhenrequired.
8 InteractonaregularbasiswithoperationtoensuresmoothfunctioningoftheOrganization.
+. Reviewingandmonitoringtheprojectbudgetsforanyunplannedexpensesandreportingthe variancesaccuratelyandwellinadvance.
10. FinalizationofAccountsandpreparationofFinancialStatementsuchasIncomeStatement& BalanceSheet.
11. InteractingwithStatutoryAuditorsuptothecloseofaudit.
12. Protectingtheaccountingdatabytakingregularbackups.
13. Suggestcostcuttingmeasurestothetopmanagement.
14. TakeupadditionalresponsibilityofAdminrelatedactivitiesaswhenrequired
