KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment cycle: Take charge of a diversified portfolio of positions to ensure quality hiring, both for industrial operations (cement, ready-mix concrete, aggregates) and for corporate functions, while respecting established staffing time indicators.
Conduct proactive candidate sourcing: Go beyond traditional job boards by actively mapping the market and hunting passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions.
Optimize the use of technology: Ensure high data integrity in SuccessFactors, while using and testing AI-powered search tools to optimize candidate identification and engagement.
