We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. The Security Guard will play a crucial role in loss prevention and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
Monitor premises through regular patrols
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies and take appropriate action.
Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility.
Manage conflicts effectively by employing conflict management techniques.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports.
Requirements
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is preferred.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse individuals.
