About the Role:
As a Bilingual Receptionist and Agent Team Member, you will be the welcoming face of our office, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service while supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls on multiple lines efficiently
Assist clients with billing questions and direct complex issues to the appropriate personnel
Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection standards

Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written, verbal, and listening) – required
Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask efficiently

Pay: $28,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
