We are seeking Bilingual AT&T Sales Representatives who will help families navigate today's technology. The Bilingual AT&T Sales Representatives will guide customers through AT&T's solutions: adaptive cell plans, smart home wireless devices, and internet.
As a Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative, you take ownership of each customer’s experience. Our thorough training ensures the Bilingual AT&T Sales Representatives are the go-to experts for both cell phone upgrades and home internet installations. The Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative also represents the customer at every turn, ensuring every sale begins a lasting relationship built on exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative
As a Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative, you will drive AT&T Fiber and wireless sales by educating customers on the full range of AT&T products, services, and promotions, speed advantages, device performance, and the benefits of combining home internet with AT&T mobile services.
Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualify prospects for sales conversion by identifying household usage patterns and recommending the right AT&T Fiber tier, smartphone, or wireless device solutions.
Support installation flow as part of the sales process by coordinating scheduling steps and preparing customers for AT&T Fiber activation.
Maintain clean sales records to verify enrollments, track progress, and support territory‑level sales reporting.
As A Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative, you will promote AT&T bundles to increase sales volume by identifying opportunities for additional mobile lines, device upgrades, and premium gateway hardware.
Resolve customer concerns with clear, solution‑oriented communication that reinforces trust and drives residential sales retention as a Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative.
Minimum Qualifications of the Bilingual AT&T Sales Representative
High school diploma or GED required;
Desirable experience in sales or customer‑facing roles, with proven ability to hit targets and communicate product value in fast‑paced environments.
Ability to simplify technical concepts, including AT&T Fiber performance, Wi‑Fi capabilities, and wireless device compatibility for residential customers.
Driven, professional, and organized, capable of supporting territory‑level sales activity and meeting daily and weekly acquisition goals.
Skilled in maintaining accurate sales records, supporting smooth enrollment flow, and complying with AT&T residential standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
