ABOUT US:
Swyft Services Limited is a bespoke carpentry and joinery company operating across South West London & Surrey.
We specialise in fitted wardrobes, alcove cabinetry, and custom-built interiors designed and installed directly within our clients’ homes.
Our clients expect a high level of craftsmanship, but just as importantly, they expect a high level of professionalism, respect, and trust inside their homes.
That’s why we’ve built a reputation around:
Consistent 5-star client experiences
Clean, quiet, respectful working environments
Thoughtful, tailored solutions, not off-the-shelf installs
Most of our work takes place inside lived-in homes, often with:
Clients working from home
Young children or babies present
Busy households that rely on us being considerate
This is not a building site environment, this is a professional service delivered inside someone’s home.
THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a skilled, self-sufficient carpenter who can:
Build fitted wardrobes, alcoves, and bespoke furniture
Work independently once briefed
Communicate clearly and politely with clients
Represent the business to a high standard at all times
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT:
You are not just a carpenter here, you are:
The face of the business on-site
The person the client interacts with daily
The person responsible for both the result and the experience
NON-NEGOTIABLE STANDARDS:
No loud music on site
No shouting or swearing
Clean, tidy, respectful working at all times
Strong communication with clients
Pride in both the work and the experience
