Position: Bench Sales RecruiterExperience Required: 2 - 5 Years of genuine exp.Location : Chandanagar, Hyderabad. No remote or hybrid mode. Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM.Perks and Benefits:Great Incentives structureSat-Sun Fixed off Salary : As per the company norms Responsibilities:* Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales. * Must have Excellent Communication Skills (Both Oral Written). * Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients, etc. * Regular interaction and Follow-up with bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly. * Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Benchinfo, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media Platforms. * Posting the resume on job portals. * Submitting the consultants to all the suitable job postings on all portals. * Ability to inform the candidate regarding the vendor calls and end-client interview schedules. * Submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules Placing the Consultants at best deals. * Track the submissions and make regular follow-ups. * Maintaining Good interpersonal Relation with the Client and the Vendors. * Note : Candidates who are having relevant work experience and genuine only can apply.
