Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in timber window and door joinery.
Your primary role will be joining our timber windows and doors in an efficient manner, to our high standards and processes.
You will use a variety of methods and tools for the work required, including the use of machine tools such as spindle moulder, surface planer and table saw.
Duties
Assemble and join our high quality timber windows and doors
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate construction.
Use hand tools and power and machine tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
Work in an efficient manner, ensuring all work is completed in good time to schedule and quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Timber window/door fitter and/or Joiner is essential.
Strong knowledge of joinery techniques and materials.
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job tasks.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
