Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bellperson located in Kolkata. The Bellperson will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with luggage, performing receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service. The Bellperson will also be responsible for ensuring the lobby area is clean and welcoming, coordinating with other hotel staff to meet guests' needs, and participating in training sessions.
Qualifications
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and handling Luggage
• Participation in Training and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Previous hotel experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
