The role

We’re seeking enthusiastic and customer-service focused individuals to join our Crown Sydney team as a Bell Services / Valet Attendant. This is a full-time role that will see you providing exceptional customer service experiences for a variety of guests and visitors to Sydney’s most luxurious hotel. Our Bell Attendants are the first and last point of interaction for our guests, ensuring they are met with a warm welcome upon arrival and a fond farewell as they depart.

Some of your responsibilities will involve:

A combination of porter and valet attendant duties
Managing, transporting and securely storing luggage
Offering insights into room features and technology
Providing guests with valet parking for their vehicles
Carefully and safely driving, parking and retrieving cars from parked locations
To be considered you must hold a current unrestricted NSW driver's license and be able to commit to shifts across a 24/7 rotating roster. Working Holiday Visa holders are encouraged to apply.

You’ll have:

A valid, unrestricted NSW drivers license
A passion for customer service to make every guest feel welcome
Confidence in driving and parking a variety of vehicles (auto and/or manual)
Ability to remain detail-oriented in a fast-paced and busy environment
Strong team-work skills and also be able to work autonomously
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
A can-do attitude and the desire to go above and beyond for each guest
Experience in a hotel or a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment is advantageous
