About the Role
This role is based in Port Pirie supporting clients across home, community and clinic environments.

Core & Proficient Practitioners
Advanced Practitioners
You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a highly collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseload
Conducting functional behaviour assessments and developing behaviour support plans
Supporting clients, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategies
Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including OT, Speech and Psychology
Managing your own schedule with flexibility across community and home settings
IBIS / Graduate Pathway Through our IBIS program, you'll receive:
Structured onboarding and supervision aligned with NDIS requirements
Pre-signed supervisor documentation to support registration
Ongoing mentoring and clinical development
Clear progression pathways from entry-level through to endorsed practitioner

What You'll Bring
NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status (or eligibility via IBIS pathway)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A person-centred, evidence-informed approach
Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
WWCC & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
