Make a lasting impact—part-time. Familias First is hiring Part-Time ABA Behavior Interventionists in the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles. No prior ABA experience required—we’ll train you.

What you’ll do
• Provide 1:1 ABA sessions in the home/community
• Implement behavior plans and collect session data
• Support communication, daily living, and social skills
• Collaborate with supervisors and the clinical team
• Partner with families to carry progress forward
What you’ll bring
• Curiosity, patience, and a learner’s mindset
• Interest in psychology, education, child development, social work, or healthcare
• Reliability and comfort working in field-based settings
Training & support
• Paid, in-person clinical training
• Online RBT training + hands-on mentorship & supervision
