About the Job Description
The role involves working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and have excellent communication skills to succeed in this role.
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers on board our trains.
Manage stock levels, handle transactions, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Travel on assigned trains, assist passengers, and achieve sales targets independently.
Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhere to hygiene and safety standards, and support management initiatives.
Perform Service Centre duties as directed, engage with passengers, provide information, and address diverse needs.
The salary for this position is approximately £12.00 per hour plus commission, making it a highly competitive offer in the industry.
