Job Description
We are a boutique-style Medical Aesthetics Clinic located in South Etobicoke an individual who is personable and outgoing. The ideal candidate is highly organized with advanced telephone handling skills and the ability to learn quickly
Monday through Friday shifts from 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM and 12 to 8:30 PM depending on the shift. Saturday hours are 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, with a requirement to work 1–2 Saturdays per month.
Weekly hours works will range up to 40hrs

Job Function and Responsibilities:
• Ensure organization and efficiency of the day to day functioning of the clinic
• Answering the telephone, scheduling appointments and confirming appointments
• Following up with clients about their treatments
• Assisting in client retention strategy
• Providing and explaining any necessary paperwork to be filled out by clients
• completing payment transactions
• Input and update of all client information into their electronic file
• Maintaining organization/cleanliness of the waiting room and front desk area
• Providing support to other staff members as required
• Assist and participate in our social media platforms
• Assist with marketing and events as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
