Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional brows/shaping/lamination/tinting, full body and facial waxing, eyelash extension/lifts, or permanent makeup application (microblading, lip blushing, etc.). This role involves creating a relaxing environment for clients, promoting retail products, and ensuring high standards of sanitation and safety. The Esthetician will also engage in retail sales, product demos, and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities
Perform advance esthetic services including brow shaping/lamination/tinting, full body and facial waxing, eyelash extensions/lifts, or PMU applications with precision and professionalism.
Deliver excellent guest services by understanding client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment following all health and safety regulations.
Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and available treatments to promote retail sales.
Provide personalized consultations and exceptional client care to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Engage in retail sales through upselling complementary products and services to enhance client experience.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and industry standards.
Experience
Proven experience as an Esthetician.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to the beauty industry.
Experience in retail sales, upselling, and product demonstrations is advantageous.
Skills in brows, facial and body waxing, eyelash extensions or hospitality are considered a plus.
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatments and products confidently.
